I can say that I know I am sick, and I am able to manage my health with someone that already cares for me. The program is very well put in place, they come and spend time making sure all is good, they ask if there is anything else we can review. I am now exercising to improve my muscle core, I feel happier that I with my caretaker found something that makes me happy. That I love doing all under the supervision of my employee, family, friend, caretaker and the team at PPL. Always greatful!

App works reliably, yet It is also annoying. I turned on biometrics and should---one would think---be able to Log in/Sign in with a finger scan, I have to click confirmation(s!), type in a multi-digit and multi-text-field numeric pass code, etc. in order to simply begin my shift. Nonetheless, on the plus side, I have NO problems entering my shift times nor any troubles being paid correctly. It's generally smooth, has pleasant aesthetics/graphics and looks professionally put together.

I'm glad that there is something to where you can have care in your home done by your family or someone outside your home, and they get paid for caring for you. It takes the burden off your caregiver, it takes gas to take you to the doctors, physical therapy and other appointments that come in play with daily care giving. I thank God for this program.

This app sucks. When I try to clock in or out it just sits and spins. I restart and do it over and over but still have so much trouble logging in and out. I can not tell you how many times I have tried clocking in and had to get started working right away just to come back to my phone later and see it never clocked me in! Or vice versa I clock out, leave, get home and hours later look at my phone to see It's still spinning and never clocked me out and PPL doesn't like it if you adjust your time!

I hate this app, I've cleared cache, tried to reinstall it, I click on it log in kicks you out several times, then you get a pop that says there is a bug and the developer needs to fix it. It doesn't read the time entries, I work for ppl, and I bust my time with my consumer and with a time clock that doesn't work properly, you will NOT get paid. Fix it!!! Its ridiculous or get another app PPL
