App works reliably, yet It is also annoying. I turned on biometrics and should---one would think---be able to Log in/Sign in with a finger scan, I have to click confirmation(s!), type in a multi-digit and multi-text-field numeric pass code, etc. in order to simply begin my shift. Nonetheless, on the plus side, I have NO problems entering my shift times nor any troubles being paid correctly. It's generally smooth, has pleasant aesthetics/graphics and looks professionally put together.

App is glitch sometimes. But the worst is the nj PPL program. The consultants are careless. Give you wrong information. Sabotage your account. Skip quarterlies without telling you. Even if you're disabled, they don't care. They keep switching out your financial consultants regularly, and the consultants don't even communicate the change to you. The program itself is good, but the financial consultants have too much power to be lazy and not do their job. Very much discriminatory as well.

App worked great for me until this week. App keeps crashing and gives me a message stating App has a bug. I have to keep opening the app until it finally works and lets me clock in/out. Please fix the bug so that my time can be accurately accounted for. This is my livelihood. 6/22/26 update * app continues to crash. Contacted PPL several times. Absolutely no help from them. Worst app I've ever used.
