Timegate+ is the leading Global Workforce Management solution for field service workers. The Timegate+ mobile app has all the functionality needed to efficiently manage your workload from a mobile device.

Install Guide: Timegate+ requires mobile systems Android 9.0 or newer 1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update. 2. Install or reinstall Timegate+ from the store. 3. Once installed, ensure the Timegate+ app is allowed to access your device's location services. 4. Enter your username and password. If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team.
Timegate+ uses GPS capabilities to monitor employees when enabled. When an employee books off of a shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled. If you have queries regarding privacy and location tracking, please contact a member of your management team.

Had problems initially, but to get app to work you need to allow / enable exterior app opening in settings

Absolutely shocking. Transitioned from the old version of time gate and this has had nothing but problems. Mainly with range of clocking in and problems with GPS.

Half the time you can't clock on or off and with the phone line being cut off you get screwed. Also, you can't access your employment contract so if you don't know how long you need to give for ending your employment you have to ask your manager or contact HR.

Useless DO NOT RECOMMEND ....cannot access holidays...cannot book holidays. Sometimes you can book on but most of the time you cannot...so then you have to ring work to ensure you get paid your wage.... the U ATTEND app was brilliant. Use that instead....the TEAM app is useless...as much use as a chocolate fireguard!!!!
