Deleted all my kids' baby photos. No record of them, and they didn't even give me notice. Make sure you download the photos as well cause Timeout might just delete them without telling you. Customer service appealing.

My son's pictures were deleted because I didn't log on within a year. According to Time hut they have the right to delete his pictures. I've also paid for their service so for them to delete it is just heartbreaking because I have nothing to show him now.all pictures and videos are gone. Imagine if Dropbox deleted your stuff. As parents, not all of us sit on our phones and log into the app alot of us are busy parents. I DO NOT recommend this app at all .0 stars

Deleted all of my littles one's moments, without any email stating that my memories would be deleted. I received an email after the memories were deleted saying I did not log in even when I did. Contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. DO NOT trust them with your littles ones precious moments!!

Be aware your images mean nothing to them regardless of tos clauses. This is a response I was given "Hi, we're sorry the data of your child's account was deleted already. According to Peekaboo User Terms, if the user has not logged in to the "Peekaboo" app for 12 consecutive months, Peekaboo has the right to terminate the cloud storage service provided to you. Besides, we will reserve the right to delete all the content you store in the cloud space, and you have to bear the resulting losses"
