Timely by Doxa

DoxaSpectrum Facial Attendance turns a tablet into a secure clock in device for your workplace — no badges, no PINs to share, no buddy-punching.

HOW IT WORKS
Pair a tablet to your organization with a one-time setup code, enroll each employee's face directly on the device, and your team is ready to clock in and out with a glance.

KEY FEATURES

• Face recognition clock-in and clock-out — fast, contactless, and tied to a real person, not a card or code
• Liveness detection — blink and head-turn challenges confirm a live person is present, blocking photo and video spoofing attempts
• On-device face enrollment — add employees to a paired tablet in seconds
• Location-verified records — attendance events are tagged with the device's location for accurate reporting
• Built for shared devices — designed to run as a dedicated kiosk on a tablet, so one device can serve an entire team or location
• Offline resilience — the app detects connectivity loss and recovers gracefully once the network is back, so a dropped connection mid-shift doesn't lose a clock-in

WHO IT'S FOR
Retail floors, warehouses, clinics, restaurants, and any workplace that wants fast, accurate, spoof-resistant attendance tracking without issuing hardware tokens or relying on manual sign-in sheets.

Each device is paired to your organization's account — attendance data stays tied to your team, not shared across unrelated deployments.
