Surprisingly, the app is very user-friendly. Between Government, law enforcement and SCDC, it's a wonder that you can get your name in there. It took 4 MONTHS to b approved on a visitation list. The list allows me to fund his Cooper fund. Thanks to Kirkland, it took 4 months.

I think that this app should be updated, and they should do three free video visits sometimes to, but I love the app please I think that IOUs should do a video visits Free in case of emergencies

Trash ! This app is literally so frustrating because for one I'm spending money to be able to talk to my loved one that is incarcerated and nine times out of 10 this app is not working it will literally hang up in the middle of video calls but charge you full price, it is slow and glitches and every time I try to deposit funds into an account it literally just goes back to the main page, and I have to do it like on a computer cuz it just won't work there's absolutely no customer service -0/10

Worst visit app. Not only did it take almost a year for my son to even be given the option for video visits. The app glitches where he cuts in and out and disappears, he is only in a small oval and inch and a half a half in size and he can't even see me or his family on his end even though all permissions; camera is on and app fully updated.
