The last 2 video visits me and my fiancé have had, it cuts us off visually when we still have 5 min left. It says it's been paused but for no reason because we are both in front of the camera and both dressed proper and acting proper. We pay this money to see each other but can't actually see each other which is extremely frustrating. We should get a refund for the time we can't see each other because we're paying for a video visit not a phone call.

When I go to accept the video calls, it makes me sign in sometimes and then pops a message up to contact customer service. Once I call #, they aren't helpful & problem still is ongoing. Facility says everything is ok on their end, it has to be an issue within the app itself.
