My experience with this app is reliable in alot of ways. Only 1 complaint; *Getting some type of sound to alert us user that a loved one is trying to reach out by video calling. Especially because there's no set time on when they are able to get on their technology to make a video visit successful. I know it gives me high anxiety knowing that I have to literally stare at my phone just so I know I wanna miss a video call. So that app can possibly do something about that era, that'll be great. Thxs

The last 2 video visits me and my fiancé have had, it cuts us off visually when we still have 5 min left. It says it's been paused but for no reason because we are both in front of the camera and both dressed proper and acting proper. We pay this money to see each other but can't actually see each other which is extremely frustrating. We should get a refund for the time we can't see each other because we're paying for a video visit not a phone call.

This is the worst I tried to have a video call with this. It refuses to let you schedule one. You have to actually go to the website, which means you have to add more money. The money from the app is not used that you put on there, which is ridiculous, then, it won't let you connect with your scheduled visit. You have to go to the app to do that. And the camera won't turn around, so they can see you, so it's easy you seeing them or them seeing you pick your poison
