Surprisingly, the app is very user-friendly. Between Government, law enforcement and SCDC, it's a wonder that you can get your name in there. It took 4 MONTHS to b approved on a visitation list. The list allows me to fund his Cooper fund. Thanks to Kirkland, it took 4 months.

They make it possible for families and incarcerated over ones to stay in touch and be able to talk face to face which is priceless esp for children but to the inmates this is life, and it's hard to imagine how people did time without it except many prisons still don't have a video call option available, and it is a huge difference in the ability to cheer them up and keep connected to children for however long they are missing out on precious irreplaceable years. It's expensive but worth it! 💗

Worst visit app. Not only did it take almost a year for my son to even be given the option for video visits. The app glitches where he cuts in and out and disappears, he is only in a small oval and inch and a half a half in size and he can't even see me or his family on his end even though all permissions; camera is on and app fully updated.

This stupid app is a piece of 💩. I just installed the freaking thing using my chrome app, and it's telling me to download Chrome. This whole system and the damn Pima County Jail is big elaborate 💩 pit.
