★★★★★ It's hard to add money or see how much money I have on this account.

★★★★★ So thankful for this app. This is one time im not financially able to except collect calls from my lil brother that they've locked up once again. Funny how all he's ever had is frug charges buts never been offered any type of rehabilitation. These narcotics officers in Morristown Tn do what they want but who policess them. In my eyes they're the largest gang in the world. But for real this app is the bomb I love it.

★★☆☆☆ Anytime I try to add money to the Getting Out app, the money is taken from my bank account and NEVER applied to the Getting Out app. My Mom has also had this same issue. The app has taken the money from her bank account as well as mine. But is again NEVER added to the Getting out app, leaving both my self and my Mom unable to send messages to my brother. When speaking to a CSR we have been told there's nothing they can. A refund has never even been offered. I also receive an error message.

★★☆☆☆ I've attempted to deposit funds in this Gtl app which doesn't allow the completion of the transaction. Customer service pretends as if they aren't aware by suggesting updating the app or uninstalling then reinstalling I've spent the entire morning doing all of it and nothing works. The only other alternative is paying customer service over the phone with an added pay fee because of the money greedy power's that be, and I refuse 😤 it's the principal they're just too damned greedy.
