Along with visits it's a great app for inmates and families of them, they are def exploiting families of prisoners $ but somebody's gotta do it! Set up is difficult, call cs if u have any weird challenges to getting it all set up, be very careful of scam copy cat companies claiming to be gtl and on the app pay attention to which account your putting $in tablet and comm are not the same, it's tricky at 1st and can be frustrating

Every time I send a message through this app.no matter whether it's short one sentence messages or long 900 character messages. Almost every one of them gets cut off. Forcing me to send another message to finish it and costing me another 25 cents. I've literally had to send the same message 3 separate times to get the full message sent. Costing me 75 cents for a message that was well under the allowed 1500 characters. I've called twice, and they don't know what's wrong.gtl is a scam. Thieves.

The app is HORRIBLE!!!! I can't even add money to your account on the app. It doesn't allow me to make videos on the app and when I upload a video from my files it only sends 5 seconds of the video. It cuts off the last few words of messages whether you're sending or receiving them. It constantly runs slow. It's just a HORRIBLE app, and I hate that it's the only way to communicate with my loved ones!!!!!!!!!!!! WE NEED ANOTHER OPTION!!!!! I wish I could've given this rating ZERO stars.
