I have been using GTL for over a year. There are some minor hiccups, like the prices are higher in county than in prison. Which I found inconvenient. I do appreciate my funds almost always being posted to my account within min. Also, if your trying to send pictures/videos you can't choose threw albums. If you have a lot to sort threw, the system glitches an only lets you go so far Other than that I'm extremely thankful to have a easier way to keep in contact with my loved one. Thank You! 🥰

Takes forever for messages to approve. It took 3 days to send pictures and then another 5 days before ever was approved and was sent to you the person I was messaging with and now the person that I messaged with is saying that she's got missed to still pending, and they have not went through it just seems a lot going on with this app

This app sucks. It freezes constantly and you cannot finish your message. Then you have to start over. If you're lucky enough to get your message finished without it crashing, it usually pends for 2–3 days. You can only send one picture at a time. If you select the wrong picture you cannot delete it. When you call customer service, they fumble with solutions to fix the issue and will contact you via email. That doesn't happen either! The app is difficult to set up. Alot of app issues.

The app never seems to work properly. I used to have it a while back and recently had to go back to using it again because the prison switched from jpay. it's been 2 weeks now, and I still haven't been able to verify my ID. I was able to put money on someone's tablet account one time. I just tried to put some more money on there, and it just keeps taking me back to the deposit screen. It is super frustrating but what's the point of complaining when this is my only option.
