I use it to talk to my oldest son Michael, I can text him like he is home sent Pic and videos (I believe) . Or just a text to let him know he's not forgotten and that he is loved and missed ❤️ to make him have a better day is more than worth it. I know all the moms out there that have kiddos locked up that use GTL are grateful 🙏, For those who don't know how to get it or what to do if your loved one locked up your kids your wifey or hubby or even a buddy. App works well when it decides to work. I had issues with the website and the app allowed me to do the deposit, but now I'm having issues with both. I called customer service, and they said my number wasn't verified. I said I verified 3 or times before calling you.😑 Please fix your tech on the website and app. This shouldn't be this hard to deposit money and keep it moving.😒

This app sucks. I have out money into my messages and for my son, and it tells me I need to be verified. I have done that multiple times and it still isn't working. I don't even want to give it 1 star

They took my money and say I'm verified, but I've never been added on the other end, so I can't message or anything. Ridiculous app
