It's a wonderful app that you could connect with your loved ones and speak with them and see them and tell them how much you miss them and how much you love them

I have had several issues with the GTL apps and the inmate apps as a whole, unfortunately. I've mentioned this several times through emails and through the app customer service I've also called the phone numbers and no one seems to be able to fix whatever's wrong with the apps on my phone. I know many people that have the same issue as me. No one seems to be giving us any answers or even resolving the issue or is even concerned. It's unfortunate

I used to be able to send pictures with the messages, now that option is no longer there. I have refreshed the screen and its gone. I sent customer service and email and still have not heard anything from them!!

I am using valuable money to message other people just to get ahold of someone else because no one in the jail verbally tells the inmate when they receive money on their side. That is ridiculous. We also should see how much money they have spent of the allowance if we give it to them and if they read our messages, but you can't just expect them to log into a tablet when they don't expect anything to be that. That's ridiculous.
