★★★★★ This app is working pretty good so far. I like that I can view the messages much easier on this app than on the GO website. It is easy to see the messages you sent and messages that were sent to you. You can also see what your deposit balance is after sending a message. That is very helpful.

★★☆☆☆ This app is down right ridiculous... It freezes up when you type, it'll pin messages for weeks for nothing, and half the time when it freezes up it'll take your money and not even send a message... Need to have a better moderator to do the job to fix the bugs

★★☆☆☆ So many flaws a set-up the account I have added money to inmates account at added money to family account I was able to send three messages, and now it will not load my account, and it keeps telling me I have insufficient funds even though there is $9.75 left in my account
