App's great but why do I need both this and the iMobile app? It's jarring to switch between these two. For instance, I had online pay enables on Times Black, but my transaction was declined. When I switched to the iMobile app, it showed the online payment setting as disabled & the same issue exists with online international payments. I can't take screenshots so can't add image here. Same issue with points, the times black app shows points whereas iMobile shows 0

As per Times Black team, Card eligibility and approval are entirely at ICICI then why Times Black team is repeatedly asking to proceed for the card by saying it's already approved. It doesn't make sense. Either customer care is lying or ICICI. I don't think it's worth 23000 Rs. yearly charges. People already started cancelling the Cards.

This app is fraud it's reward program is full of scam. I have not received any reward points from iShop for the past four months, and the reward points system appears to differ from what is presented on their website. Specifically, they advertise a 2.5% reward on international spending, but the actual reward is only 2%.

Not a good onboarding experience. I received the priority pass card and have been trying to activate it, and I am unable to activate it. Tried reaching times black customer care, and they seemed to be unaware of what to do and redirected me to priority pass global customer care. After calling Priority pass global team over an ISD call for 20 mins, they seemed to indicate that my membership doesn't exist. Now I am stuck between both teams and unable to solve my issue.
