We are 9 staff and the Inelastic service and app is such brilliant value, it saves me so much time and makes things really clear for staff. It integrates perfectly with Google Suite. I also use it to log sickness and other absences, and it's great. I find the app really clear and intuitive to use. I also appreciate that the devs are always making improvements

No direct contact can't book my hols because of restrictions even though my manager has authorized my hols.

Since updating you can no longer see other people's wall chart which makes it very difficult to do advanced rotas. The app keeps closing (report sent) all in all I do not find this app very user-friendly at all

New mobile interface is awful. Please go back to old one and then add dark mode - would be so much better. There is option to change how it looks, you can't see how many days off people have, and it has bugs all over.

Holiday calculator incorrect, input time off before Bank Holidays were updated. After they were updated, the calculations didn't correct and return the annual leave days for public holiday days. Going to have to cancel, and re request the days off. Sending 4 unnecessary emails to my boss (2 different BHs) when the app should automatically correct it. It's called a calculator for a reason.
