Super easy to request holiday. Super smooth process. Had initial issues with approving team holiday from the app, but following a Dev response to a bug in the app we're now rolling again.

Inelastic is truly terrifically time-saving and gets a top testimonial from our team in all tasks tried. 🤘 We started to use the app a year ago, its interactive, easy to navigate, smart and saves so much time in HR. It's so straightforward, I cannot understand anyone who has found it not so and would encourage you to take up offers of support from TT. Honestly, it changed my life as a manager. Love it because it does what it says on the tin. Tension over entitlements, no more!

We are 9 staff and the Inelastic service and app is such brilliant value, it saves me so much time and makes things really clear for staff. It integrates perfectly with Google Suite. I also use it to log sickness and other absences, and it's great. I find the app really clear and intuitive to use. I also appreciate that the devs are always making improvements

No direct contact can't book my hols because of restrictions even though my manager has authorized my hols.

Update 2024 This is still the case nothing has changed. Since updating you can no longer see other people's wall chart which makes it very difficult to do advanced rotas. The app keeps closing (report sent) all in all I do not find this app very user-friendly at all

Holiday calculator incorrect, input time off before Bank Holidays were updated. After they were updated, the calculations didn't correct and return the annual leave days for public holiday days. Going to have to cancel, and re request the days off. Sending 4 unnecessary emails to my boss (2 different BHs) when the app should automatically correct it. It's called a calculator for a reason.
