Unreliable, not transparent. Buying airtime for my Airtel number. The payments don't even reflect, even after double deductions from my Mesa.

I used Tingg gateway to purchase airtime on Airtel Kenya app via Mesa, but it's two days now and you guys haven't allocated the amount. And no one from your team is responding. And Airtel are blaming you for it. "SAG96YUMHZ Confirmed. Ksh50.00 sent to TINGG CELLULAR for account 750601XXX on 16/1/24 at 1:26 PM."

Wanted to give it a zero star. Bought airtime of 5k 4 days ago and upto now It hasn't arrived, yet it was deducted from my other mobile money number.

The app keeps requesting activation, sms in zambia only come through mtn other networks won't work, every logout requires reinstalling the app. The app has defective code at times it won't even log on to its own servers
