I purchased extra coins, but my device said "error" and the purchases didn't go through but Google play store charged my bank account not just once but four (4) times, could you guys help me out? At least give me a refund or give me the coins I purchased

Awful. But I like how the setting of the game is, peaceful, other than that its awful. The orders are weird, you can have someone asking for a café latte but when u make it hot, suddenly they want it cold, but the order never said anything about cold. Its buggy too, I pumped the chocolate syrup once, but when I gave it to the customer they said i didn't put it. The timer until someone gets angry is also wayy to quick, it didn't help to try and make the game even a tad peaceful.

Too many ads, and even when I do the customers' favorite needs correctly they are never happy... they complain too often while I don't make any mistakes.
