Hi, this app is very hard to use due to the fact I need to open it 5–10 times or try later when wanting to see a message. It crashes and closes when I try to tap on a message. Quite annoying... I'm "sending feedback" every time it crashes but haven't noticed any change so far. We've been using it for a year now, and it's been happening ever aince. If you could try to fix it that would be great.

Navigating the app has presented some unexpected challenges. The performance has been less than ideal with noticeable lag. Frequent refreshing has become necessary to use basic functions. Uploading photos has proven difficult and yields unsatisfactory results. I hope these issues can be addressed for a smoother user experience.
