Don't use it when you always need remote access. I had it for several years and used it. First with CloudMatic and when this was not possible any more I used it with Push-Connect. It seems that the programmers of Cinematic are not aware that the customer need a stable connection to their HomeMatic devices. From one day to the other the connection was not possible anymore. I had a 5-year contract with CloudMatic and I tried the "EASY App" of them. Everything works.
