I would want to order a CAKE. I live in Tirupati and when I entered the pin code for availability, it showed shipping is available and can be delivered the earliest by date which is three days later. I am afraid it wouldn't be fresh. My question is where, and when do u prepare cakes? If the cakes are prepared in Tirupati itself, u wouldn't need more than 1 day (worst case) to deliver. I can imagine some gift items that aren't consumed to be shipped from different places and taking 3 or more days to deliver but cakes taking 3 or more days raises some serious doubts.

Worst app ever....no professionalism at all... no punctuality......I ordered on 19th-dec for delivery showed by 20th ....!! Its 24-dec today my order has not been received yet. It was my gf's birthday on 20th tiny surprises spoiled it all.....and I still don't have any update of my order neither I got any refund.....they say we have shipped your order and you will receive it soon.....how soon 1 month 2 month 3 months for a cake.....seriously.....? Also there is no instantaneous response by helpline.
