Use of this product requires that you register for Premier Services.

1. New Take A Photo functionality allows users to take a photo with their android device of a subject property to generate a property profile. 2. Photos taken are saved in the app so that users can go back to the property profile they previously viewed. 3. If the property address cannot be found, the user is taken to the Near Me functionality which displays a map with properties where profiles are available. 4. Users still have the ability to search for information by owner name and property address and APN (Assessor’s parcel Number).

When you take a picture it then asks if this is your property, when selecting Yes nothing happens, so you're forced to click no. 😏 Bummer, it was my favorite feature, and it was cooler before the update.
