To those having issues signing in: go to TiVo website and change password there. When you get temporary password in email, click the "reset password" link in the email, change password, then uninstall the TiVo app, reinstall and sign in with new password. Worked for me.

My app isn't working on my phone or Ipad it tells me to check my conection and to restart my tivo device which I have and It's still not working finally got the app to work after my tivo box updated it didn't connect back to our internet, and after I connected my box to the interent the app started working again, so now I can watch my shows on my phone or ipad again

Loyal/long-time Tivo user also having issues logging into the app? Follow Richard Dorn's recommendation! (His 4-star review from 8/13/25.) Change your pw through the Tivo website! I've tried everything else, nothing...this worked!!! Good luck. Thank you, Richard!

Awful. <1⭐ if I could. When it worked it was serviceable (might as well remove the stream away from home option because it doesn't work). Now I cannot access my tivo from my phone at all (cannot sign in & reset password doesn't work). App needs to be majorly update or removed. doesn't do its intended function and at this point is a scam.

Dec 2024, app is useless to download or stream, at this point it must be intentional, really disappointed Not able to set up out-of-home streaming, not able to view my recordings in home App is terrible and doesn't seem like anyone cares
