TMS WheelsEye

TMS WheelsEye is the official trip- and custody-management app for authorised Doodhsagar field officers. It is a restricted tool for staff: access requires a registered officer phone number and one-time-password sign-in. It is not intended for the general public.

Field officers use TMS WheelsEye to manage the movement and custody of milk consignments from collection to delivery:

• Secure sign-in — sign in with your registered mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).

• Trips for your location — see the tankers arriving at, waiting at and leaving your chilling centre or plant, each with its live status.

• Seal over Bluetooth — lock each tanker seal over Bluetooth and record every step, so a consignment cannot be opened unnoticed in transit.

• Photo proof for every lock — capture lock and seal photographs as visual evidence at each checkpoint.

• Check and unlock on arrival — review the custody timeline and photographs, then unlock on arrival at the destination.

• Alerts and help — raise an emergency-unlock, delay or breakdown request, with command-centre approval.

Location is used only while you are performing an action, to confirm you are at the right site. It is never tracked in the background. TMS WheelsEye is provided for use by authorised Doodhsagar officers only.
