We love this app for the functionality. However, you guys are really falling short on support. We paid for an annual subscription two weeks ago, and emailed as well, but still haven't received any app activation. Edit: Update - after I posted here, I've got a lightening fast response and resolution for my issue. Amazing!!

Horrendous experience. I paid for a subscription but neither was the subscription activated nor does their support team answer my e-mails. I paid the full year subscription amount 4 days ago, tried all the steps provided on their FAQ to try and resolve the issue on my own, and finally I raised a support ticket two days ago. No acknowledgement, no issue tracking, nothing. Complete silence.

It is a good app but here's the thing: you have to subscribe for a year. Which is okay. However... If you cancel, it says it will end access immediately instead of leaving your the rest of the time you paid for. Is there an option to not auto-renew somewhere?

Whenever you try to write your answer with your mouse on your laptop like me like example 9+5 when i tryed to draw the answer it keeped on saying 124 when the answer was 14
