This game is fun but can get really expensive. It's highly recommended to be good at claw machines and understanding the physics before you spend your money. Prizes are tricky to win, but I have won 4 anime figures in the last 24 hours. You have to pay for shipping with gems unless you have 3 prizes to redeem (and one of them has to have been won with gems.) Waiting on shipping updates currently.

The prizes are great, the staff are lovely and helpful. Shipping is fast and prizes are packaged immaculately. The games are often difficult, and I've personally experienced errors and disconnects which have made me very sad and frustrated. I'd recommend it if you have a bit of disposable money and want to have some fun playing some crane games and winning some great prizes.

It used to be great. But now the payout is extremely low. The claws are very weak. I spent over 670 gems, caught it perfectly each time (3 claw machine), but it dropped it every time.

Getting worse by the day you used to be able to get free shipping with any 2 prizes then it was you can ship prizes won with free tickets with a prize won with gems now you need to win 3 prizes and one of them needs to be won with gems the games are even more rigged than they used to be meanwhile the top prize winners on the app have been that way for like a year now so clearly these apps made to take from 99% of the players to give to those who probably make videos or something to promote them
