Comments on TONEX Control for Android

★★★★☆ José Carlos López Gómez · Jan 23, 2026

It's hard to change presets in the mobile while playing (because of the scroll). Other than that great app and great product.

★★★★☆ J Steen · Nov 29, 2025

I wanted to browse the software without connecting to a Tonex Plug but it wouldn't let me. I was curious the layout and how it works, but you can only access when you have the device connected.

★☆☆☆☆ Michael Bibby · Apr 13, 2026

No support for older versions of Android, very disappointing. Other than that, it's fantastic with the ToneX Plug.

★☆☆☆☆ Ryan Hennessy · Sep 11, 2026

Extremely confusing software, unstable hardware, and terrible support. After spending hours troubleshooting a hardware issue their support team ghosted me, leaving me with a broken unit. I would avoid tonex at all costs.

★★☆☆☆ Andrew Limn · Dec 11, 2025

Can't log into Tone Net through this app. It says I must 'register the app through the account panel'. After submitting my login details nothing happens and there's no error message. If I access Tone Net separately through Chrome I can log in fine, so it seems there's a bug.

★☆☆☆☆ Gerald Locke · Feb 17, 2026

I was only able to connect to the Tonex plug once when I received it. Now cannot connect no matter what I do on my Samsung S24. Past return date now so stuck with a useless plug
