I wanted to browse the software without connecting to a Tonex Plug but it wouldn't let me. I was curious the layout and how it works, but you can only access when you have the device connected.

It's hard to change presets in the mobile while playing (because of the scroll). Other than that great app and great product.

Can't log into Tone Net through this app. It says I must 'register the app through the account panel'. After submitting my login details nothing happens and there's no error message. If I access Tone Net separately through Chrome I can log in fine, so it seems there's a bug.

This app is still not working with Samsung phones. Drop down menus don't work and can't save presets. Been waiting for a fix ever since the Tonex Plug was released. Got my hopes up that Ver 1.1.0 would fix the issue, it didn't. Awful, every other manufacturer of guitar products have working apps, why IK Multimedia can't manage it in 2026 baffles me.
