I love it. It's the only app I would ever use for my groceries in Kuwait period. I love the shoppers (you get your own each time) & drivers are always so lovely & polite. You can use your Co'op or Sultan loyalty cards. It's affordable + only 1kd delivery charge. The tons store has no min. order & they always have great deals. You can track the order & the driver live. On the rare occasion that you have to contact customer service they are excruciatingly bad. Still the best service though.

I was excited to use this app but unfortunately was quite disappointed. Every time I've made an order they call back to say a number of items are not available, and that they do 20 minutes before the items are due to be delivered. When delivered however they come in a nice reusable carry bag.

In the description picture shows Mishref Cocoon, but it is not there at all! None of Co-ops are available!! There are only Carrefour, Sultan Center and City Center stores! Those three have thier own app for shopping, why do I need another app to buy from them!! Totally illogical.
