Their charges skyrocket very soon. Sales team will promise you everything but the managers won't deliver anything. Their managers are busier than the CEO of Google and Microsoft. They won't respond to the customers absolutely. Their products are decent but the experience of working with them will ruin everything. Stay away from this company, they don't value their customers and their developers and managers will ruin your business.

I had a very bad experience with this company for all the products that we have used. They loot money by giving wrong delivery times. The project team and account managers are totally immature in giving excuses and apologies, but they will deduct money in time without any excuses. They delay our project for a year and at the end they say we can't tell what the delivery dates can be. Please do not go for any enterprise or customized products with these people. That's my feedback.

The option to change the status of a task is not available after assigning to an agent. Also related tasks can't be assigned to a driver at once unlike in the web app. Overall, it wasn't an enjoyable experience
