Torque Connect

The Torque Connect offers quick and easy documentation of bolting connections at a high quality level. Our users can transfer the obtained information via Bluetooth from the torque multiplier to the end device (Smartphone or Tablet) and read it directly from the screen or send it as an e-mail.
In the age of Industry 4.0, the documentation of bolted joints is extremely important, as digitalization means that the real and digital worlds are growing ever closer together, especially in mechanical engineering. The precision of the bolted joint becomes an important quality feature of the final product. It helps to reduce assembly times and costs and thus increases productivity and process reliability. Even the smallest errors in bolt assembly can cause immensely high costs and so-called safety-critical bolting jobs involve great risks. If the customer wants to rely on the safe and trouble-free operation of the product, the decision to invest in process-safe technologies and measures such as the Torque Connect is the only right way. With the help of the Torque Connect, fitters, engineers and other users can quickly and easily obtain the most important information about their bolt joints and document it for the long term.

The Torque Connect is an absolute innovation in its sector, as no other German competitor currently works with applications that serve to document bolting cases.
