It works Turns out you have to log into your online account, click on Mobile Banking Setup Enable it enters a new "secret" not the one you using in the browser log in then the online app works View options are: Blances History Transfer Funds Pending Transactions Remote deposit Also need to get the app Deposit installed on your mobile for check deposit

Not sure what was wrong with the old app, but this one is buggie and bad to navigate.

The dob functionality is horrible and needs to be fixed to allow you to enter it manually. The older you are, the longer it takes you to reach your dob.

Why does TCCU make everything so complicated especially the app, it is so hard to login? Sign in on here is different from the one on the website. How to you get the "secret" password?

The previous app made mobile deposits easy. The new app gives me an error msg every time I take a photo of the check. Do not like the zip deposit software at all. Love the credit union though.
