Works great with our work order system.

This is saving my company so much money....

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · Sep 6, 2018

Good idea, horibal execution. Always issues. Always told uninstall and re-install to fix. With the issue always returning across 25 phones in the company. We have been dealing with these issues for over 10 months. If we hadn't sunken so much money into this garbage we would have switched to others already but our patients has wormed out. Starting to look for alternatives. Developer causing issues to force cloud storage possibly ?

Terrible app. I haven't witnessed anything less user-friendly since DOS

★☆☆☆☆ Andrew · Aug 14, 2026

Horrible horrible horrible, don't waste your money on this system

★☆☆☆☆ James Webster · Oct 3, 2019

My company just switched programs. We are now using total field mobile, and it feels like we just went back 15 years. Not user-friendly at all and in my opinion a terrible design. Apparently other companies in our field use this program but to me, it looks like we're the only ones that don't understand how this system is still in its current state. I would look elsewhere

Recent changes:
Hours accuracy and sync reliability update.

• Travel hours booked at any rate — Reg, OT, 1.7 or DT — now count toward the ticket, daily and weekly totals
• Break and lunch times work again on Android 14 and newer; the lunch deduction was being skipped silently
• A sync that fails while downloading history now retries month by month and finishes, instead of discarding the whole sync
