My experience with Total Wireless has been awesome. When I need assistance with my account or plan to upgrade my smartphone Total Wireless is the network I turn to first. I've been a customer for quite a few years now and just last year was connected for the first time in years that I started receiving Federal Lifeline Program for being a continuing account and Rewards Program customer for several years. I trust them alot more than any other carriers. Thank you Total Wireless for being there.

I'm having a hard time installing the app on my phone because of storage issues. If I upgrade to the plan with cloud do I have to download the actual app to my phone or can i just managed it from my desktop total wireless account?

They did not resolute the issue where my old gmail account that is no longer existed allow me to use my new Gmail to log into my cloud after verifying my number. It keeps running me into an error with this and I told them it's not my phone settings. This is separate. There's no desktop application found for this as well.

You have to pay $50 right away or it's useless. And for Total Wireless Service once again I paid for another month of service for the $30 plan and never got the data that came with my service plan. Tried calling and talking to a representative. They told me to reboot it by turning it off and and back on and they would call me back. Calls 2× with no call back and having to repeat the process 3 times all together and never got anywhere with it. I use to love total wireless but it's not the same.
