This app is not the remote app. The app for the touch points original is the BLAST app also by The Touch Point Solution. This company needs to communicate the details of the apps better. I have the original version of touch points. I don't know what app is needed for the basic version of touch points.

Awful. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but still on gave access to a limited menu with no way to actually turn on the bracelets with the app. They were on, paired, Bluetooth on, registered. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, phone on and off, bracelets on and off...so frustrating. I used this two years ago and it was a breeze. Not sure what happened.

Scam product with no way to use the app or the TouchPoints. There is no menu in the app or way to use the TouchPoints without it. This whole thing is a sham.
