Very easy to use especially if your head isn't in the right place to function right. Everything is ready to go as soon as you open the app. That way all you need to do is press the green and go! Absolutely love love love

I was surprised that it actually seemed to help, I was sad to have to give it back to my shrink (they did a loaner on ot to me)

I am in love with this app. It is easy to work and very user-friendly. It doesn't drain your battery and the tappers do not need to be charged more than once every 48 hours. This helps me sleep soundly and through the night.

Great product, but the tone is annoying. I want to use it, but it is an awful sound. Put tone options or add an adjustable frequency. I use the bi-tapp without the tone. It's a very simple product with room for improvement. It works as it should, but could reach a wider audience with tone options.

Tappers simply won't connect - have tried all possible methods multiple times. Absolute waste of time and money.

Way too long of a pause between pulses. If you turn up the speed it shortens the pause, but the pace is too fast. The app should have more customization options... the buzzers could do a lot but the app interface is lazy for a $200 product!

Spent $200 and can't get these to work. The worst!

The app does not work well with Android, even with multiple updates. Very frustrating when with clients in EMDR
