This is the best stress relief app EVER! I tried a lot of others similar apps before this, but this is just perfect! I really love the atmosphere in the app AND music) It really helps me with panic attacks or when l feel really bad and stressed. The most effective practice (for me) Is meditations and sounds. I was told I would get an Amazon Gift card if I left a positive review, and I never got the email checked every folder. They simply lied. EDIT: Response to the owner Of course I deleted the app off of my device!! You idiot! I was interacting with the app when a pop-up offer appeared for me to do a quick questionnaire and in return get a $25 Amazon gift card code sent to my email. I did the questionnaire and never got the email for the Amazon gift card. Who turn that down? Dummy.

1 star for the stess of signing in. there's no way to sign in. after multiple attempts to sign in after signing up, each sign in verification email takes me back to the "sign in- provide your email to send the link" after literally just doing that. It has also returned several times to the reception key, unlock room part-still not signed in. regretting opening this app during my relaxing bath.
