Didn't claim our insurance policy saying we have no budget, helpline response late, after an accident surveyor takes 4 to 5 hours to be on spot, everything they tell us before an insurance policy benefits are totally lie. So everyone tries to avoid Tpl insurance

(Heath Claim) One of the worst company ever at the time of taking payments they are very good but when you submit a claim or for re imbursment they will put a load of paperwork on you.......I asked my company to not renew the policy of our employee more than we have so many other options......pathetic customer service.
