Description
Track Team Tools is the all-in-one coaching app for track and field and cross country coaches. Manage your roster, plan your meets, calculate race splits, and time your whole team — all connected, all offline.
PACE CALCULATOR Enter any race time at any distance, 400m through marathon, and get a full split table showing every interval through the finish, plus projected times across all standard events. Cross country distances include built-in course difficulty time adjustments. Import your entire team and view projections for every athlete side by side. Export to Excel, CSV, or copy to clipboard.
ROSTER & PROJECTIONS Build and manage your complete team roster. Enter one race time and instantly generate calibrated projections across every standard distance — 400m through marathon — including 2 Mile XC and 5K XC with built-in course difficulty adjustments. Athlete names stay frozen while you scroll through projection columns. Edit any time and all projections recalculate immediately. Send any athlete or your whole team to the Pace Calculator or Stopwatch with one tap. Track attendance each session with manually adjustable totals and export to Excel.
MULTI-ATHLETE STOPWATCH Time your whole team simultaneously. Every athlete gets their own independent clock — start, stop, lap, and clear individual athletes while all others keep running. Use the Volume Down button during an active clock to queue lap splits, so that you can focus on coaching and not looking down at your device to hit a lap button. Also perfect for interval workouts where athletes finish at different times. The individual Clear button resets one clock for the next rep without affecting anyone else, and only activates after an athlete stops to prevent accidental clears.
A Relay mode is also present, in which handoffs are automatically incorporated. Example: Start a 4x800 stopwatch with your 4 athletes. Hit the lap split for Athlete #1 when they finish their first lap, and when you hit the lap split for their 2nd lap, their time stops and Athlete #2's timer starts, all while the total team time continues to run.

MEET PLANNER Build your full meet lineup event by event. Athlete seed times are automatically pulled from your roster. Long-press to drag athletes into running order within each event. Select any events and the Send to Stopwatch bar appears frozen at the top — no scrolling needed. Your most recent meet is always at the top of the list. Export your full meet plan to Excel.

Recent changes: Added the following functions: Added Save/Load Buttons: Save Time and Load Saved buttons added to the top of the stopwatch. They serve the same function to save current times/races then reload them when needed, but this is now more noticeable and convenient.
Added Archive: When loading saved times/races with the stopwatch, there is now an Archive tab to help sort out times. Checking 1+ boxes now also brings up an Archive option, to be able to clean out current times.
