Great app, and I would recommend it to anyone in need of a tracking device. But keeps notifying offline alert even if after parking and getting power off alert, then offline alert comes? Please help with this issue.

After decade of using tracking devices this one is 10 times better than last one I had only issues they blocked Google Maps to old modules asking to buy a new module 300 Eur, and they sell me old few months before closing maps (Tramigocrap Norway) shameful manager act. Buy a new Lol. I raccomend Tracking pro and modules as quality and reliable safety guard for any of your car truck moto or boat. After few years of use perfect. Recommending purchase.

Waiting for solutions I using dashcam JC450 pro, in my car . I have a problem when communicating with the camera in the case of the internal camera or the rear camera positions, so that the voice communication does not work from both sides, only it works just if cam in the front situation. Also, another problem facing, is that when the camera is placed in any situation, front, internal or rear, the car icon does not move with its movement on the map. Please rectify these malfunction.

This app was perfect up until they changed from Track solid to Track solid Pro. The OBD I had for tracking etc. no longer works. Numerous emails between the people who supplied the OBD, Track solid and the sim card people, I now have an OBD that doesn't work. Both the OBD company and the sim card company state that nothing has changed at their end. I really don't know where to go from here

Flakey App. No SMS text messaging unless tracker being removed from car port. Some alerts received from the app, some not. Alert fields became unticked for some reason and had to be re-ticked.

My device is ofline when I drive the car my device is ofline shows and when I stop park the car tracker status is stoped sim is active all setting is ok internet is ok but facing ofline issue from last 5 days

Worked ok for a few months, then constant offline status more than twice daily. Not due to location or low battery, this has gotten worse since the last couple updates. Tried to submit through the up but just hangs and does not send feedback, so bad review it is
