It will not allow me to renew my sim card contract. Keep contacting customer service but the information is rubbish that's when they do reply. Avoid. Update just use a GIF gaf sim card, it'll work out very cost-effective

Please add a feature where I can read SMS messages sent to the tracker. I use prepaid SIM card for the tracker so from time to time, I need to read the messages from the telecom---for example, my SIM needs top up, or SIM about to expire. I can't monitor it. The tracker is hidden deep beneath the car dashboard, and I cannot possibly get the SIM out every time I need to read the One-time PIN or warning messages from the telecom.

Please add a feature for users to be able to read SIM card messages. Most users use prepaid cards, and the telecom company sometimes send important messages regarding the subscriber account, but we cannot read it since the GPS device is buried deep within the vehicle, not easy to access.
