★★★★★ Tracks a vehicle just as it should. When first installed it didn't seem to be working, but that was because the vehicle needed to have been moved for it to have anything to show. Once driven it worked fine. I would have liked for the geo-fence to alert by text rather than email hence 4 rather than 5 stars. The geo-fence color I find counterintuitive: when safely parked within a geo-fence it is red, when parked anywhere else it is green.

★★★★★ Brilliant. Geo-fences give great comfort that the car will still be where I leave it. Last location very accurate and very quickly picked up. Replaying my journey is fascinating, though it sometimes does over read by 20+ mph!

★★☆☆☆ Issues sent to customer support 1 - If Last Location is selected, I get the following message "Vehicle currently in alarm mode. If this is false alarm, please use active alarm tab to reset the vehicle..." I then select active alarms to reset, and No Alarms is shown. 2 - When Journeys are selected, and the Journey starts, the journey will only go so far and stop part way through, approx a quarter to a third of the journey is played back. 3 - When logging in with Touch ID, I press the fingerprint logo and can touch anywhere on the screen to log in. I don't have to use the fingerprint scanner to verify my identity. Replies from customer support: I have sent some updates, so your app should no longer be showing in alarm mode. - Hasn't worked. I have escalated the issue with your journeys to our development team to have a look at. - Fair enough. Regarding the fingerprint ID, I am unsure if this is to do with the app or your phone. I would suggest checking the security settings on your phone. - Checked security settings - nothing out of the ordinary, banking apps work fine with the fingerprint ID, they can't be by-passed. Explained that and this was the reply: "The app offers both features for customers that do not wish to use the fingerprint ID." So very, very helpful.
