I love the TSC, BUT this app is so annoying to use. Its incredibly slow and why do I have to change the pickup location for each item. I know you can choose a default store, but if I change one thing to a different location, change them allele. I'm not picking up from 2 different stores.

App is slow and glitches. Doesn't consistently connect to the store and fails to alert when order is ready for pickup. App will send notifications to alternate contact instead of preferred one app also will charge purchases to whatever random card it wants. When payments fail to process any discounts or points used are NOT returned and no credit is ever given. Phone number to call for customer service does not answer ever and leaves you on hold for HOURS.

When I tried to add something to my cart, all it said was "Find in store" with zero information about how to proceed. I don't know how to buy this item, which is ridiculous.

The TSC app is slow and cumbersome. One particularly poor example is a function of the search tool. If you have a long list and click on an item, when you come back to the list it sends you to the top rather than where you clicked. This may seem like a small annoyance to some, but it's an annoyance that also slows your search.
