Great Auction house and a pleasure to deal with.
★☆☆☆☆Hungry Bear· Nov 30, 2022
Got sent the wrong item via courier, still waiting for correct one weeks later. No communication from auction company, I have to chase them up & talk to couriers etc. Uninstalled the app, but I still get smses of auctions. I'm sure mine is an unfortunate story but after all this kak I won't ever try it again.
★☆☆☆☆Brett Ellis· Oct 29, 2025
Terrible Revamp. No longer intuitive with too many actions to add & remove items from the "watching" list. The upcoming auction screen is a cluttered mess of ineligible information.
★☆☆☆☆Tanya Geyer· May 25, 2023
They don't give enough detail on auctions... and when You query they don't bother to reply back!. Poor service.
