If there's anything below one star that's what I'd drop. For your sanity please don't use this app. This is already two weeks plus and my £3000 hasn't been sent to my family. No explanation. At the moment no one is responding to my email or text. Worst app to use. I'd recommend lemfi or nala app to anyone interested in easier transaction even though the rate is high. Transfer Boss is scammed and use lower interest to deceiving people, and then they hold your money claiming technical issue.

Don't let the seemingly better rate fool you! Their claim of the money being paid in minutes is mostly false. Had to chase them up for almost a week on 1 occasion before it was paid. My sis had same. Very unprofessional staff who act like they are doing you a favor, then stop responding. The app is near useless as you can't even track your transfers anymore using the ref number. A very typical Nigerian experience that mostly leaves a sour taste in your mouth. I dare them to contest my review!!

Be afraid, be very afraid. This is the worst transfer app ever. I have sent money for almost 5 days now, yet the recipient is yet to receive the money. I was asked to send proof of source of fund, and I immediately did, yet the money is still nowhere to be found. All I get is patronizing email about how hard they are working for my recipient to get the money. I'm even scared now that they might use my details for fraudulent activities.
