I love this app I have being using this app since 2020, and I have never get a problem with it. I can send money to my bank account in Ghana and also buy mobile credit for my wife in Ghana. I am enjoying it seriously. Although sometimes the rate is abit down, but I am ok with it because it is very reliable. thank you, Unity Link

Transfer money to purchase a phone and the merchant vendor took it without providing the service. The Unity link looked on and did nothing. My advice be careful when doing vendors because they can scam you.

SCAMMERS ! Unity link has been sending me emails with their official address to try and scam me. I asked for a refund 5 mins after sending money to a MoMo number that was blocked, they told me a refund will take several weeks. When I got the message telling me my £100 was now ready, and I should follow the link to receive it, I thought that was my refund. But one Nii Arm ah Sarong was immediately added to my beneficiary list, and I got a notification from my bank to allow £100 to Nii Sarong.

I registered with this horrendous company. Made a single test transfer of £25 to MYSELF. A week passed, and I didn't receive the money. Spoke to them in Live Chat where I was told I have to EMAIL to get a refund. I emailed, and they said they'd get back to me within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks. I emailed them again, and they said that they will let me know when they have an update. An update on my money? At this point this company is a scam. I would give less than a star if I could. Imbeciles.

I made a transfer last week but took 5 days for the money to get to the recipient. I called their customer service and received the worst customer service ever. They promise and fail, they were rude and lie with passion. I have deleted the app, and I am not using it again. I cannot trust them with my money
