I love this app I have being using this app since 2020, and I have never get a problem with it. I can send money to my bank account in Ghana and also buy mobile credit for my wife in Ghana. They deceived me into sending money through their platform due to their high exchange rate, after transferring the money from my account to their platform, they allowed me to send the monies to the individuals. They have hold the monies in my account and requested I send my passport and bank statement for verification. I therefore requested for refund of my money and up till now I have not had my money. Please don't be fooled by high exchange rate better use lemfi and Tap to send moni to Ghana

SCAMMERS ! Unity link has been sending me emails with their official address to try and scam me. I asked for a refund 5 mins after sending money to a MoMo number that was blocked, they told me a refund will take several weeks. When I got the message telling me my £100 was now ready, and I should follow the link to receive it, I thought that was my refund. But one Nii Arm ah Sarong was immediately added to my beneficiary list, and I got a notification from my bank to allow £100 to Nii Sarong.

Transfer money to purchase a phone and the merchant vendor took it without providing the service. The Unity link looked on and did nothing. My advice be careful when doing vendors because they can scam you.
