Have done one of the Fitz programs before, and it was an amazing experience with really impressive results. Easy to follow work-outs whenever it suited me and the recipes were so delicious and easy to follow!

I have loved doing this program! Workouts are easy to follow, food is delicious! It is a little bit repetitive in that the exercises are the same for multiple weeks depending on the phase you are in, but I have loved it anyway and achieved some goals along the way - feeling stronger and healthier! The only issue I have had with the technology side is the app crashing every time I open it but second time works fine.

I've signed up three times now as I find the exercises really challenging and enjoyable, and very easily done at home. Together with the varied menu, I've also seen great results. However, the app is sometimes glitchy, making it a bit annoying mid-workout.

The app stopped working after 4 weeks. Every time I try to open it I get a black screen. I love the program, but I can't use it now

The workout is good, however is not guided in that it has no sound / verbal cues, which makes it difficult to follow when trying to complete the work-out and look at the screen to see when the time has finished.

Love using this app once u get the hang of it, but I keep having issues with the app closing down and not being able to open it, has happened twice now, and it's disappointing when you are paying money for something, and you literally need to get into the app every day to follow workouts and meal plan. Will not be changing my review until issue is resolved.
