Not being able to write on it while it floats literally defeats the entire purpose, if I wanted to only write in the app itself I'd get literally any other notes app

Can't move or resize on screen. Covers your screen making tapping impossible. You have to go into app settings to uninstall this app to get rid of it on your screen, so you can use your device again.
