It's very useful to have access to live departure times. It takes the guesswork out of whether your bus is early or late.

Super useful for checking the next arrival when the live tracking data works. I wish the journey planner factored in the live data. I always have to search -10 mins to check if it's still possible to catch something. Still waiting for NFC smart rider.

I use it constantly to check my card balance - I don't need to since I have auto top up enabled, but it's nice to know when it's going to take money from my account. I also use this app a lot to track buses as they are coming. Perth buses can be notoriously late, but seeing it as its coming makes it a little more bearable.

Transport isn't great, the buses and trains are always delayed with them never coming on time.

Well wouldn't work when I was standing at the bus stop. It had forgotten the journey I'd just searched before leaving home. If you search because it dropped out mid-journey... well it can't figure out that you're on the bus. oh and the text boxes are misaligned. About as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

The app has some nice features allowing you to see live bus locations, save bus and train stops etc. I can't understand why they can't incorporate the multi Rider card with this app, so you can tag on & off if you happen to forget your card or lose it. Mine was stolen with my wallet. There are very few places where you can acquire the Transport multi Rider card. Apparently certain newsagents have them, but then they have to add your concession card onto the device. Typical Perth!
