I really appreciate how this app has more accurate data than Google Maps in some circumstances, or perhaps it's just that the pathfinding algorithm is better. Also, the live bus tracking is super handy! Those two were the main reasons that got me to change from Google Maps to transport :)

Far exceeded my expectations, people on here just love to have a whinge. The live tracking is the selling point for me. UI is a little clunky and idiosyncratic, but you learn how to get the most out of it within a day really. They probably could expand the range for nearby stops for when you're out of your regular routine, that's about it. You can just favorite everything you do regularly so there are no issues.

Great app to check live wait times for buses however recently the favorite screen has become unresponsive for about a minute after opening the app where nothing happens if I click my stop.

New version is a big improvement. Was easy to use for planning an upcoming journey, shows useful details and options when logged in & enough info when not logged in. The available actions make sense so far.

Worst Train service in the whole of Australia. I have lived in 3 australian capital cities and visited every state. Transport are by far the worst service ive experienced in 30 years. Edit: your app is giving people incorrect bus times Absolute worst Australian Public Transport System

Very average. Actually it's pretty shite. It refreshes and loses the current journey, which you can count on happening every trip. So now you're lost with no idea where you are, where to get off or which bus or train to get next. God save anyone not from Perth. The app itself is typical of Perth. Half assed and needs rebuilding. Kinda like the road works. Or...... Maybe the bus drivers designed it. Explains why the majority leave whenever they like and drive like crack heads.

Take reference to the Perth Public Transport app by megatrend which is everything this app doesn't do well but lacking ONLY live tracking. Has Renamable sorting tabs for your bus/train routes as well as colors you can assign for easy viewing. Highlights the upcoming arrival according to your stop or the closest stop to your location. And also displays the whole timetable for the whole day on one page in order, separated by AM and PM.

As part of 2-factor authentication it asks me if I want to send the code to my phone number or email (and correctly previews them), but I get a Failed message when I choose either option (phone or email) so I can't set up the app
