So when I first connected my shoes it was quick and easy. Then I went for a walk the next day and... Nothing. I did everything to reconnect literally dozens of times. Finally, in frustration I contacted Algeria, and they did their very best to help me. We finally decided I had a defective chip. Exchanged shoes, connected and best of all stayed connected. Been using it a week now with no issues and I love it.

Really like the concept. There aren't many users at the moment as have been in the top 30 with only 80 steps. Doesn't seem to track my steps very well at the moment. I bought the shoes as they were pretty, only when I was at checkout did I find out they were smart shoes. Did a walk with my dog this morning with my phone in my pocket and didn't track my steps. Do I have to open the app before I start the walk? Wasn't sure if it continues playing in the background or not?

Bought a pair of Algeria Traq mid-March 2022, the chip worked fine for the first month. It's only been 2 months and for almost half that time the chip hasn't connected to my phone. I have tried turning phone off and on, turning Bluetooth off and on. Shoe doesn't connect to update on the app. Disappointed

Not excellent. Downloaded the app, synced my shoes, and it recorded 147 steps. Then won't sync. I've Uninstaller, etc. It's now frozen. Samsung S22.
