Comments on CITIZEN CONNECTED for Android

★★★★☆ Clay Sellers · Dec 8, 2024

Love the watch. Love the different faces. Could have more faces, at least you can customize some of them how you like.

★★★★☆ Mark MacIver · Nov 24, 2024

A highly technical watch, capable of amazing data results. This is no Apple or Samsung cartoon "Smartwatch"; The Citizen Gen2 hybrid is more suited to high-tech individuals, scientists, even NASA astronauts; the watch comes with NASA & IBM software installed. I only rated it 4/5 stars, due to its complexity.

★★★★★ Troy Cecil · Mar 11, 2026

Seems easy enough to use. This is probably my 7th citizen watch. Love the product so far 👌

★☆☆☆☆ Paul Arasz · Dec 12, 2024

Works well, disconnects occasionally. Limited faces available Update. App has not worked on Android for 8 months now. Phone no longer syncs to watch to push notifications

★☆☆☆☆ Kyle Smith · Apr 19, 2025

Doesn't pair with a new device on android 15 due to a bug with battery optimizer setting rendering the watch unusable with a newer phone.

★★☆☆☆ Dylan Barrows · May 23, 2025

Hello new Android user here, so I just got this smartwatch and was in the process of setting, and I got to this screen that said battery optimization I clicked allowed but now my set-up screen is locked on that page and won't go any further. Any advice, I have reset the phone reset the watch and nothing is helping. Phone is a Google Pixel 9pro fold and watch is Citizen CZ smartwatch with WearOs.
