Beware, It's a scam. I brought a voucher from them for a service, paid through PayPal, got PayPal receipt instantly, amount deducted from account but didn't get voucher code. Called customer service, they asked to wait for 4–5 hrs before it shows up in the app as purchased. After 5hrs it showed up on the website as cancelled voucher. I requested the refund the customer service took the detail and told me that if in case of product can get the refund but not in case of cancelled voucher;I brought.

Should be negative stars until they fix the login issues. Can log in to the app (keep saying wrong email or password). It's been like this for ages.

Good for a cheap deal, but beware if things go wrong. Terrible customer service. Made a complaint regarding an experience which didn’t come close to what was described in the offer. Took weeks to even get a response, and then weeks for each email afterward. The ‘resolution’ was a joke (essentially come back for the bits of the offer we didn’t deliver on, but you won’t get the bits you already had again. Not really compensation…more just delivering what was actually promised in two installments) and when I voiced my frustration that Treat Me were letting this vendor continue to mislead customers, they stopped replying. I assume they don’t really care about the customer experience once they already have your money. Would be very wary about using Treat Me again. Zero buyer protection. Ps; just to clarify… At first, I was simply annoyed at the vendor and complained directly to them. Sent Treat Me a courtesy email as I wanted to alert them to the situation. The way they responded is what I’m complaining about here – that they don’t seem to want to protect their customers from dishonest vendors.
