Fake confirmations, sorry excuses Even if you get a confirmation email, your appointment can be cancelled unbenounced to you. Don't waste time or money getting to an appointment made through this app. You will go for nothing. You fill in all the relevant info, get a confirmation email and then they say the appointment was declined by the salon due to insufficient information.....I called the same salon and made a direct appointment for the same service, and they gladly serviced me with no more info than my name. Just admit ur app is crap
