Very fast at signing up new clients. Very fast at taking the money for the booking system. But when it comes to the support (that is promised when signing up), there is nothing. Very disappointing!! No communication when there is something not working on the app, like for instance, my business losing money because confirmation texts weren't being sent, no notice was sent to make me aware of this. Regret wasting money on this.

I can 100 ways that you shouldn't reply and use this app, but I want to summarize my comments avoid as much as possible, and I'm switching to other platforms that respect their business partners and also have a platform that can my maximize my revenue. I am so disappointed with you and for sure switching whether you send me countless emails or not.

The most delusional change ever. I mean. The original TREATWELL was extremely nice, easy, understandable, you could see everything in one click. Now nobody want use this app anymore. And it's expensive more than old TREATWELL, and it's 10 years back on time. Super delusional

It is absolutely ridiculous to go from the best app of calendar management system(connect)to this rubbish, I wish I knew it was going to be before I signed and paid upfront the price 😕. If they don't fix it, I will definitely move to another calendar system like fesha. Everything is ruined like customer reviews, incorrect payment amounts, and also not able to cancel the customers' appointments if the customer decides to cancel and calls you (what's this 3 hours rubbish policy) 🗑

This app is horrible. Constant bugs and errors. Treat well support is beyond rude, disrespectful and ineffective. As soon as they get your money, you as a business simply being ignored until the next bill.
