Really love the premise of this app and have been using it for years. Easy way to help do some good for the planet, and I loved that every add you had to watch to plant a tree was for an environmentally friendly company or organic food/ products etc. It added to the experience and made me aware of ethical/ relatable companies I might want to look into. A real shame they've started showing generic gaming adds now, just like every other app in the world. Makes the app less enjoyable.

I love the idea of being able to plant trees for free, however notifications (planting reminders and nudges) don't work, there is likely a bug

Edit again: nope that didn't fix the issue after all. Edit: back to five stars! My bad. If anyone else experiences the same issue, simple reinstallation sorted it 👍🏻 Based on current issues. I've used the app for years and planted over 1k trees. But haven't been able to plant a tree at least consistently for a few weeks now. Keeps offering an ad then counting from 5 and the ad just doesn't load. If this keeps up will be giving up and deleting as this is just a waste of time and off-putting.

Previously rated this as 5 starts however I am now changing it. The premise of this app was to promote eco-friendly companies and use the revenue to plant trees. This app now has adverts for Amazon and Temu... two of the most unethical and unsustainable companies, and tree app is now promoting them. I am considering deleting this app now, I guess all good things end.

Love this app and have used it for years but having issues now with the ads, and it isn't recording me watching so my trees don't get logged. So frustrating. I watch a video or advert then my app crashes, and I have to hard close restart it and it hasn't logged. Giving up now as I used to log on every day. But now I feel im done with it.shush a shame as I love the cause
