I've been using this app for a few years and have planted over 1000 trees. More recently the app has been glitchy and doesn't record when I've planted a tree that day, or I'm unable to plant a tree as the adverts get caught in a loop, and I can't proceed. Edit: the app has since been updated (20/6/25) and it's all working fine now, so I've changed my rating.

Just started using the app, and I enjoy the concept of being able to just watch ads for free to plant a tree. One thing that does bug me is the fact that the ads are mainly AI or fast fashion, so its abit disappointing that the app that's supposed to be helping the environment is promoting AI and other websites that are well-known to be bad for the environment.

Previously rated this as 5 starts however I am now changing it. The premise of this app was to promote eco-friendly companies and use the revenue to plant trees. This app now has adverts for Amazon and Temu... two of the most unethical and unsustainable companies, and tree app is now promoting them. I am considering deleting this app now, I guess all good things end.

Adverts are so annoying! So many times you get an advert for a game or AliExpress etc. and it ends up you attempting to press the cross only for it to open the Play Store. I've planted so many trees over the years but am now considering stopping as it's just wasting my time coming out of the adverts only for it to happen repeatedly.

Been using this app for around 5 years now but has been going downhill recently, then tanked even harder in 2026. They've completely gotten rid of the interesting partners and instead every tree is now just a random temu advert or something. Having actually found good brands before through the app, this is a major letdown. Also, the monthly/yearly requirements to hit 100% are now a joke. Over 80 ads a month, when you can only watch 1 a day. Obviously done to make you pay for more, greedy.
