The best!!!! Live train monitoring is extremely accurate from my last long trip. You can actually track the train coming to your station with time of arrival and train engine number. It also showed a delay in real time.

Barely functional, it's very frustrating to use. Buying a ticket is extremely difficult as you must select a billing address from a drop-down list of options, however that list does not include the vast majority of residential addresses.

Has some good features, like Live Tracker, but payments through the app are more complicated than they meet to be. If you have a virtual wallet and try to use it, it always resets and you have to start over. Very frustrating when you're trying to pay before train arrives. Also, their ticket machines at their stops only take exact change. Please start taking virtual wallets at the kiosks. I would make everyone's experience a lot smoother and less stressful.

One of the worst transport Apps I think I've ever used, and I've traveled the world. I use the Tri Rail weekly to commute to Palm Beach County. Added the App back July when they started the Miami Central Station to Metro Rail station. Schedule was adjusted in August but App didn't update. Went to Miami Central this afternoon to catch the 624X train scheduled at 12:05PM only to find out that there is no 12:05 PM train. Was told to update the app... How? No updates are listed
