It is possible to view the schedules, get notifications, track trains in real-time and purchase tickets. Why not 5 stars? Because I have not been able to connect my employer discount program to the app.

The best!!!! Live train monitoring is extremely accurate from my last long trip. You can actually track the train coming to your station with time of arrival and train engine number. It also showed a delay in real time.

The app clears fields if you leave for any reason, including pulling down the notifications' menu. Can't put in an address that isn't in Florida, if you go to live timing then try and book a ticket it doesn't work. This app MIGHT work if you spend hours learning how to navigate and wait not to do. But it's in no way worth it to me.

One of the worst transport Apps I think I've ever used, and I've traveled the world. I use the Tri Rail weekly to commute to Palm Beach County. Added the App back July when they started the Miami Central Station to Metro Rail station. Schedule was adjusted in August but App didn't update. Went to Miami Central this afternoon to catch the 624X train scheduled at 12:05PM only to find out that there is no 12:05 PM train. Was told to update the app... How? No updates are listed
