Those who are giving out bad reviews clearly don't understand how public transit sadly works in South FL - we're not NY, Chicago, or Boston, the offerings aren't as comprehensive. But this app does the best it can to help locals and newcomers understand and navigate a patchwork of transit modes, different transit authorities, and different payment methods. All while providing live directions, routing, and guidance.

Visited Ft Lauderdale and this helped find our way from the airport into the city. Warning wait until you're on the bus to activate. Thought I was getting on and had a ticket expired because the driver closed the doors and left and my ticket expired. Seems ridiculous to expire a ticket and waste money if it wasn't scanned.

I love using this app it has helped me and my family in our daily commute we use the bus my husband uses the Tri-Rail to West Palm Beach I get a better idea on delays' traffic jams and how far the bus is from my pickup point it also helps with tickets to the Tri-Rail

To fix the "no account" issue even though you have an account - click the menu icon in the top-left corner -› My Account -› see Available Services section -› click Tap to Join in the network that you need (Tri-Rail accounts for example) -› enter your email and click Sign Up. But in the end it didn't accept my credit card, and I had to buy a paper ticket anyway.

I have to use this app to get my senior discount for my trirail tickets, but it is not as good the actual trirail ap. I wish I could get my senior discounts directly from the trirail ap. the trirail ap is easier to navigate. It also has a live feed map, so you can see where the trains are. The schedules are also in the trirail ap and not on the Soflogo. Plus ...the name SoFloGo is really lacking in "flow". :(
