It is very nice I always enjoy the ride I get to my locations safe and the bus drivers are working hard to make it happen to give us the ride that we and I need to go. Couldn't without the drivers

Do you catch the bus like I do? If so, then this is the app for you. It provides transportation all over Broward County and also to Miami-Dade County and Plan Beach county too. Enjoy your ride.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Can't track bus locations on it. Can only see approximate arrival times if the app doesn't crash. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SUNSETTED THE ORIGINAL MYR IDE APP!!!!!!

HORRIBLE APP there's a bug where almost EVERY TIME I purchase a pass it puts the purchase in my history but the actual bus pass qr code is nowhere to be found, so it looks like I have no passes and doesn't give me anything for the scanner to scan this has caused me to not be able to get on so many buses! IVE WASTED SO MUCH MONEY ON THIS APP JUST FOR THE TICKETS TO NOT APPEAR IF I COULD REPORT THIS APP I WOULD

Broward forced bus riders to transfer from the My Ride app to this and it works horribly. The My Ride app showed when the buses would come and had a bus tracker that should live updates of where the bus is. It was fairly accurate. This app is a complete downgrade offering a worse experience.

This app is the worst. Not only did WE lose the ability to track the physical location of our bus, the estimated arrival times are usually wrong. That is when the app is up. Which often, it is not. Great job BCT.
