I found this app to be very helpful, I knew nothing about it before going to Vegas. My husband & I stayed @ Mandalay Bay & on a walk while waiting to check in happen to see Deuce bus, so I did some quick research. I first came across some bad reviews but good as well. I decided let's give it a try especially since the Deuce comes right in front of MB. Being 50 years old & never using apps like Uber, Lyft, Doordash etc. I opted for the old fashion way especially since Uber/Lyft cost $28. 1 way

RTC app allows customers to carry their pass with them digitally while RTC may be one of the most reverse racist unreliable and unfriendliest metro bus services I have ever utilized long term the app is good. Marksman was a terrible contracted federal watchtower or security company which oversaw them the new one isn't much better. Drivers rarely accommodate disabled individuals or anyone with large amounts of carry ons luggage or who can't get their pass out in less than 30 seconds flat.

The "tap-and-go" feature is totally unreliable. For a "cheap and quick" method to catch one time rides, it demands more money than a one time ride even costs to function. Even with more than $5 in my account while boarding, multiple buses have said "insufficient funds" and I was denied my ride, only for the app to eat the money away afterward. No refunds by the way. I'm also continually logged out and unable to log back in without reinstalling the entire app. Why does this app not work?

I got it to use the in-app pass- it wouldn't load. It doesn't work, showcasing what the rtc does best. Now they fail to deliver physically And virtually. They missed the bus on this one. They're okay with it, they manage that as well. Somebody stop me.

Worst public transit EVER rude drivers bully security and useless customer service. If there was an option majority of riders I'm sure would choose it. No accountability for their rudeness drivers are don't speak and customer service just makes excuses for drivers . Been charged multiple times but don't get a bus pass . App shows transit app to see schedule but if you buy the pass through transit app, and it doesn't work they say they aren't affiliated with. Would rate if an option.
