Super convenient way to travel on public transportation. Simply choose between added funds directly to the app or purchase a pass, from 2-hour $3, 24-hour $5 5-day $20, 7-day $34, or 30-day $65. Then you simply activate pass(DON'T ACTIVATE when U PURCHASE IT, activate when BUS is visible.gives u extra time😎) I ALSO RECOMMEND GETTING THE 🚥 TRANSIT APP🚥 and GO ROYAL...when another transit rider gets on the bus you then have live real time location and current bus conditions!

I got it to use the in-app pass- it wouldn't load. It doesn't work, showcasing what the rtc does best. Now they fail to deliver physically And virtually. They missed the bus on this one. They're okay with it, they manage that as well. Somebody stop me.

Worst public transit EVER rude drivers bully security and useless customer service. If there was an option majority of riders I'm sure would choose it. No accountability for their rudeness drivers are don't speak and customer service just makes excuses for drivers . Been charged multiple times but don't get a bus pass . App shows transit app to see schedule but if you buy the pass through transit app, and it doesn't work they say they aren't affiliated with. Would rate if an option.

The "tap-and-go" feature is totally unreliable. For a "cheap and quick" method to catch one time rides, it demands more money than a one time ride even costs to function. Even with more than $5 in my account while boarding, multiple buses have said "insufficient funds" and I was denied my ride, only for the app to eat the money away afterward. No refunds by the way. I'm also continually logged out and unable to log back in without reinstalling the entire app. Why does this app not work?
